....Did you just liken yourself to Tunnicliffe? The post you quoted was in reference to the CRAZY ammounts of stress one of his frames must get put through. Though if you are on that level, I'd like a video please. Need some motivational ones.

Don't know yet - first ride tomorrow Yeah man. Will be at Crowns at 11, unless it's slashing it down again. A Zhi Z2, some bars and cranks. Will be a while yet. Feels pretty different so gotta get used to it, and then I'll make one when I feel like it, assbandit (I jest - I'm not being an asswipe)

How would I know? I specified what I ordered, and how much it cost me to post that. I didn't order a brake.

You have car-tyre tracks on a bike-related website's banner As above - nicely laid out etc, but why do you want a website? Sheerly for publicity, or do you have plans?
-
Seriously? I just quoted myself in response to the guy before... Must I do it again?

Emma the Onza died not long ago. Package arrived from BikeTrialSeller yesterday, and here she is - I'll call her Sarah. Bit weird to get used to... Longer, higher, and taller headtube which bumps the bars up quite high (awaiting jokes about how high the stem is already ), but I'm sure I'll manage. Bionic B4S frame. Trialtech forks, front wheel + booster. Try-all stem + tyres. Monty bars, rear rim + cranks. Echo rear hub. Superstar pedals. King Headset. Tensile 96 click freewheel +bash. HS33 with Onza Citrus (green) pads. BB7.

This is just a topic for people to find when searching in future, I suppose. I was gonna make an order, but was dubious as I couldn't find anything about him. I placed the order in the end, anyway, and all went smoothly. The communication was minimal, but everything I needed to know was told. He let me know there weren't any of the cranks I wanted in black, and listed the other colours. Didn't get one saying "I got your money and have sent the package", but the paypal status was updated so I knew it was on the way. Minimal, but enough that everything got covered. Postage 7 working days, and on a package containing two frames, bars and a pair of cranks cost $138 (~£85), but it still worked out a LOT cheaper than buying in England. Total cost was $351 (~£225). Guess you can all ignore this thread - unless you want to add other comments for future customers to find. Service was very good, and items all arrived in perfect condition.

No - don't. If you're having trouble setting a magura up to work right - chances are you'll have even more of a bad experience trying to set up vees to work as effectively. They work just as well, but can be a right old fanny to set up so they do. Sounds like you just need to put more electric tape under the rubber ring. They squish down after a while, so you either need new ones, or to beef it out paper/tape.

Haha. Fat Albert? Quality name for a tyre Kind of looks nicer in pictures than in the flesh. You've sure beat that frame up quick

Jeez. You guys hardly land ANYTHING. I expected better from such big names.

Gotta confess - that felt more like a self-destruction video than a riding video Nice. Your face when you ~180 to front and overed that rail in to the lamp post almost made me wee myself. Haha.

I'd think twice about going with so drastically lower an angle on the rise. The height of the bars makes a massive difference to the ride, and that'd drop them by around 15mm, at a guess. I'm really not sure on what's available for stock stems, but something around 80x20*, maybe? I think Hope do one fairly similar to that, not too sure. You need the almighty OBM on this case.

Windows 7 is excellent It's exactly what Vista SHOULD have been, with some nicer touches. As for the thread question... Leave the monitor connected to the PC and all of it running, and then pull the power cable out the back of the monitor. A fair few people set the screen up in a certain way, and 7 doesn't recognise it's full potential. Pulling the power out when it's not expecting it forces it to reset. Failing that - like mine did (though I have a 22", and the max I could get was 1280x768, rather than the 1680x1050 it should've been) - turn absolutely everything off. Unplug the monitor from the PC and the power, boot it up and let enough time pass for it to get to the login screen, then plug the monitor in. That worked it out for me. If it's neither of those, hopefully someone else knows. Edit: If you're thinking to say "that's so simple it's stupid, of course that won't work when getting up-to-date drivers doesn't", just try it. I thought the same, but when trying to fix it I read on several forums of at least 15 people found this cured it, which is why I tried it.

Crikey. Some large stuff in there!

Well... I'm flustered. That's awfully forwards of you, but I guess I'd have to say yes Seriously though. Thanks

Thanks guys Oh Mr. King of Edits... I asked the question of editing, and you didn't give a response. Does that mean it's bad but you didn't want to say as much, or that you didn't see the question?

Also, cool video man. Some sketchy bits, but they're to be forgiven if you've only just started trying it Super cool rail-work, as has been said.

Clips from a few weekends ago, and this weekend. Music is Robo Booty (or at least, half of it) by Opiuo. Yes, the last clip was left un-shortened to fill out the music Finally, I've been informed by someone on this forum that I'm just a basher with no riding finesse. I don't much mind if this is the case or not as my goal at the minute is to go big - but I'm curious to know if it's a fact or one person's opinion. Cheers http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2nTwelnx7v Edit: Doesn't seem to be showing on mine, here's a link, in case: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2nTwelnx7vo Edit 2: I spent a fair while on the edit. Any comments on whether it's too much/decent/whatnot would be welcomed

Usually a pair of wilko's tubes, though I have a 26" Schwalbe in the front at the minute, as no shops were open and my old one died on the valve. Really cool. Shoved a section of the tube back down inside itself so there's a part that's double thickness. Makes a rather noticeable heavy-spot there, but we don't roll fast Pinch the back maybe once a month. Try-all tyres are amazing at not getting pinches. Folded my rim without getting one

I think he thought you meant - as I did, for some reason - that "was it sticking out the end of the dropouts" as in, further back from the BB. I know the sticking out the other way makes more sense, it just reads otherwise

Ed Potts (dave85, but not seen him on here in ages) stopped riding due to a bad back - or at least in part. There might be other reasons unbeknown to me. Also, Noori (unsure if he's even on the forum ) got a bad back from riding a monty mod, but it went away when switching to stock. Number of previous responses would indicate back problems are more common than I thought in trials.

>.< Thanks for that. I did mean Saturday
