  2. Ok ok!! Cheers for the help... went out a second time and tried just pulling it and it came off with a bit of yanking. Not too sure why I didn't try just pulling it in the first place...
  3. How many months now has that frame been waiting to get helicoiled? Looks good though, a lot like my old one.
  4. Come down to Abingdon fat pants!! We'll put some ££s together and pay for your train ticket if you like? You can still get away with a half return surely?
  5. Ok, I'm trying to swap wheels, as i speak both (Pro 2s on try-all rims) are sat in my front garden waiting to get pikeyed. I've got 2 metal tyre levers and I've managed to get one side of the tyre off, but the other isn't going anywhere. I bent one of my metal tyre levers putting the bloody thing on in the first place... Please help!

  9. 2nd scenario applies for me
  10. Yeah most of it isn't all that strong... I see Try-All stuff as the kinda parts used for comps, i.e. light, but will need replacing immanently because they just don't last well. Don't think I'm on my own when I say that either? But the Frames, bBB etc Deng is kicking out at the moment are stupid-strong, and marginally cheaper than Try-Alls equivalents. Especially the rims I must say, when you compare the 26" Try-All rims with the Echo '07s, there is no competition. Granted, Koxx have just clinched it with the weight, but Echo’s are just tanks.

Loved that video... Best I've seen in a long time... Nick's stack... Shiiiiiiit! Love.
  13. haha This is turning it to chit chat for oxfordshire'rians only or something... Doesn't look that high, because its not Nah, it does look high if you look at the size of your wheel and then look at the size of the wall... Its like 2 and a half times the size of the wheel.
  14. haha beast!! That Giant mod looks pretty nice... Stock is a minger though. Edit: Just found a shop selling the mod in Japan... 833.96 GBP for the full build. But the shipping costs will not be a nice number. Stock is the same price too.
  15. Whats the wear life on a light/medium grind?
  16. Got some sweet sequences of you buddy... Will upload them now... Very slow process. Edit: Ok heres a very select few, will photoshop the complete sequences together when i get a chance... The Posse Fred (in no order)
  17. Sweet! What was that like a 22/23 pallet drop?! Balls to that!
  18. If they don't send abroad, just get a willing person in the UK for him to send it to, and get them to send it on to you... Thought the 'standard' one was 1025? Probably wrong...
  19. Don't do it!! Leave them how they are!! Major emphasis on don't there... Brilliant pads on a dead grind etc. Used mine for a ride at the weekend (about 5 hours) on a fresh light/medium grind. I am now left with half the amount of pad material i started with, after just 5 hours riding. Bloody fantastic brake though.
  20. Sand down your grind so its only just there (dead grind) and run citrus pads... Brilliant front brake. And yeah koxx browns for the back.
  21. Needs playing with a bit because the lighting was so bad, and the composition is pretty poor too, but you get the idea.
  22. If its marked as a gift, and the value is marked at under £36 - no tax. If it is marked as what it is, i.e. not a gift, and £100 you'll have to pay no more than £20-£25 in tax. So i wouldn't really lose sleep over it. Seems like a really good deal to me...
