Yeah Tom, you see my skin pretty much every day and have done for what... 2 odd years? Its mainly diet, and apart from the odd shit day, I eat very well or though I say so myself. So yeah, with a dad as keen on good food as yours, you shouldn't have much of a problem in that department. Stress is related but with the diet sorted, it shouldn't matter as much. Clean pillow cases, and always washing hair shit out before you go to bed is essential. Haven't got a single spot at the moment. My skin does have its ups and downs, but *touch wood* its never more than about 3 at a time these days. For me, its better to stay well away from exfolient. It irritates my skin and makes it flare up. If your skin is like mine (which I think it is actually) get a bar of dove soap, and just wash it with that 2/3 times a day, without scrubbing the shit out of it, just be gentle. Try that for 2 weeks, and see where you are Edit: All the Tescos bacon sausage beef pork chicken and hamster sandwiches and bacon buttys at college aren't doing you any favors either.
