Nah ok don't think I can do this one sorry. Post again next time though Have a good ride

Ooh ooh I want to. Not sure about forking out for another train fare though, as I rode Folkestone on Friday... I'll make up my mind

I liked. I found myself more interested than usual in the natural (which is usually not at all), maybe due to the hope that someone would fall in the water! Good work anyway. Street bit was cool*, much enjoyed. I'm sure I've never seen someone try a wall tap from back wheel before! *Except the bit where people were just side hopping up a wall. Boooooooooooring

Yeah awesome video! It's even got a sleeping person being jumped over, what more can you ask for?!

It seems to me that it's getting bigger but not necessarily getting better? There are an awful lot of people who just do TGS riding, and to me that misses out what's good in trials. On the other hand there are still people interested in riding the way that I like to and I think there always will be so I'm not worried. I'm just trying to work out if the number of riders around where I live has increased or decreased... I think it might be less actually. Hmmm...

That was my first trials bike! I loved it but it snapped after a year behind the BB.

They're both pretty cool videos, I think I prefer this one though both for riding and mood. Top stuff.

Too many pictures! And myspace is an odd place to put them... Anyway The keyring one is pretty good, I also like the one before it, he looks as though he's just standing upright on his pedals on a bike that happens to be floating in the air. Where is the place near the end of the set with all the drop gaps to the grass? I don't recognise it.

Wow. Pretty amazing photos. I kind of agree with Simon but I do like the idea of mystery as well...

Hey, didn't know you were doing that, would have come and repped my ends. Be good to see you tomorrow evening, I'll prob give you a call when we're coming over. You still got the same number? -

Haha tell me about it. Well let me know if you're still going to be here and we can arrange something, I'll check back here. -
I'm thinking I might go spend a year or thereabouts in the Alps after I finish my degree, just cos it's such a nice place. I can go mountain biking in the summer, snowboarding in the winter, remember all the French that I've forgotten, and just live the dream generally... I will probably chicken out though.

How about Ramsgate tomorrow (Monday) evening? I think that's what me and Gilly are doing. -
I'd have said Base TA26 from your first post.

Once you've chosen a new sound track, make it louder in relation to the other sounds.

Somebody look on Broadstairs, I've managed to add some stuff and I'm feeling very proud of myself! Including a picture no less. It did take me just over an hour with Kristboats's guide though... does that make me slow? By the way, how do I make it come up with 'viewing Broadstairs' and the actual map rather than 'viewing editing Broadstairs' with the controls and stuff?

I'm not a super computer expert but here's my advice anyway: Don't go for top of the range as the same laptop will be loads cheaper a few months down the line and you'll feel silly. Your budget sounds fine. I bought an Acer, it's been pretty good. If it's just for normal computery internetty stuff then I'd stick with XP, Vista is just a bit too new. XP should still be supported for quite a while (I hope) and Vista just sucks up your computer power I believe...

Basically the answer is like people have said, branch out into a new riding style. If you're bored of sidehops (just guessing from the name) then try spins. And like someone else said, make lines out of stuff. You can stay in one spot for hours and not do the same thing twice! If you're stuck for new moves to learn, there's a whole sub-forum of videos I guess the extreme version of the above would be get a bmx... would be a shame to waste your finely honed hopping skills though, just get a shorter more fun trials bike and mix it up Granted it's hard if there's a lack of other riders. Find more? Get them to your town? Or earn some money and get the train, where I live the amount of riding goes up by about 5 times if I pay up to a fiver for a train fare. EDIT: Take it with you!!! Fill a backpack with a couple of bottles of water and some bread nicked from your house = basically free rations, keep you going all day.

Presumably I'm watching the new version... I thought it was pretty good nice one. Good riding

I saw the car, and I probably wouldn't have been very happy about 110mph in it either... Anyway, word on the street is that me and Gilly might be riding Ramsgate on Sunday evening about 6 or 7. Who's interested? -
I wouldn't recommend the Michelin Hot S, it's light but that's about all that's good about it. Although I have one if you want to buy it cheap (what great advertising)

I'm not sure that is strictly true but I don't think I can come out today so maybe I should stay out of it... -
That was really good. Makes me wish I had been there!

I don't reckon it's age or anything. My lower back sometimes aches too, I reckon in my case it's cos I ride quite a short bike and pull the front end up a lot, just means those muscles do a lot of work. They will probably strengthen up and get less sore. Good luck with riding etc

That really shows some ability, but it was crying out for some longer lines! It almost felt like you were just practising everything individually but not actually putting it all together and riding...
