  1. I saw these a couple of weeks ago and i can't stop going on the Leeson web site and looking. Those eccentric bottom brackets are the best idea i've seen in a long while. Are the forks on the 609 the standard Leeson forks? , because i want a set now.
  2. Had to borrow some brake pads because i wrecked my Monty's on my new heavy grind( thanks TB- Levelboss). My friend Mike (Synergy) gave me a lend of a set of the older type Majic pads. Holy crap what a noise. Kind of like a banshee screaming, really deafening high pitched screeching. Loads of bite though. Ouch.
  3. Did you find the little w****r? If/ when you find him kick ten bells of S**t out of him. CHAVS MUST DIE
  4. Just makes you think how much damage can be done on you bike when you don't wear a helmet. Yeah putting a black ribbon our handlebars sounds like a good thing to do, even though we didn't know him he was still a rider and died doing the sport he loved, just as we love it. Dedicate something to him just like he dedicated himself to bikes. Any biker who dies deserves to be remembered FAIRWELL TO ANOTHER RIDER I NEVER KNEW
  5. That picture is hilarious. Just a coincidence that theres a lady showing her crapper, the bike is crap, there crap on the ground and by the looks of it the area the picture was taken looks like Crap? Wonder if the person behind the camera actually realises what they just put up on ebay. Hahahahahahahaha.
  6. At the moment i only have an Avid juicy 5 160mm on my street bike, this brake is superb. I've had loads of other disk brakes over the years though. Hope mini (original) probably the best brake i have ever used, had in 160 and 180. Hope M4 ( original) very good brake, only had it in the rear but it had amazing stopping power. Hope mono mini: Crap brake, they have major brake fade and they never actually bite on. I've also had some cable disk eg Clarks, Shimano, Grimeca but these are nothing to rave about. I've heard that some of the Shimano hydraulics brakes are superb like the XT and Saint. As for the Mono Try all, a couple of my friends run them on their bikes and i must say they are great, i actually think they have too much bite for my liking.
  7. Yeah the riding was very good. How long have you been riding? The next video you make put some decent music in it. MUSE make me want to vomit, they suck.
  8. Jesus, is this guy for real? Its not possible to do anything you are talking about. Especially the stem thing, the bloody bars would nearly touch the bloody ground.
  9. Put the non sticky side down first off then wrap it round 2 or three times then twist the tape round so tha the stick side is down then wrap it round another couple of times. Sorted. This is the same way i do it and it has worked for years.
  10. Yes my spring does have a black sheath kind of thing on it, kind of like a bit of hard plastic. Supposably this black thingy should be at a certain point at the top of the spring to stop it doing this. Does any of this make sense to anybody?
  11. Sorry guys but i will no longer be able to sell the Pashey frame. I've just found out i cracked the down tube. Sucks but who cares i'm getting a new frame soon anyway. If i snap it before i get my Leeson i'll post some pics up. Thanks.

Nice, it's about time you finished that. Why didn't you get more filming done in Aberdeen? Shame that you got Roy's big baldy head in one of your shots though. Should hopefully start filming my first video when i get my Leeson so you can come through to Aberdeen then. Keep up the good riding!!
  13. I have a Dmr Trailstar Which i use for street riding when I'm not doing trials. The forks i have are Rockshox pike 2005 team forks. Recently i took them apart to service them( as i do with all my bike parts). I serviced them and put them back together and all seemed to be fine but now I've noticed that the spring sounds like it's clicking on the inside of the fork. I've read somewhere that this is to do with the black damping thing that wraps round the spring itself? Anybody know anything about this/ them? Thanks.
  14. No your the mong, it's my stupid crap computer that wont work properly. Found a way of making it work though. I turn the pop-up blocker off then Re-fresh the page, then as it's doing this i click on the photo i want to look at. Must be the settings or something like that. Thanks.
  15. If anyone wants to buy the stuff then just make me an offer. The stuff isn't actually for sale yet but you can e-mail me (check my profile) and I'll send it after i get my new stuff. If no one has E-mailed me to have first dibs on anything then i will be putting the stuff up on the For sale section sometime next month.
  16. Nope cant find the damn website for these lever. I know there made by someone called Marke JFK(hence the name). Someone must know where they came from?
  17. Damn it. Well when i try to click into the pictures it makes a wierd sound and says a pop-up was blocked but i tried suspending my pop-up blocker and it still does the same thing. Why is it doing this?
  18. Yeah Pashley frames are hand-built but I'm not sure if they are rare. Is there still anyone out there that wants a Pashley frame? I remember a couple of years ago that this was the frame that most stock riders wanted.
  19. Now i see but a Pashley 26mhz isn't a custom frame it's just a standard built frame from Pashley. And the last time i checked it wasn't a rare frame, but maybe they are now, i dont know?
  20. I've just been on the Leeson bikes web site and I'm not able to open any of the pictures up. Can some one check and see if this is a problem with the page or is it my stupid computer? Thanks.
  21. Hey guys, at the start of next month I'll hopefully have my new Leeson frame and some other stuff. Just wanted to know how much i should sell it for: Pashley 26mhz frame, mini seat & Hope headset. Maybe with Xtr bottom bracket. Monty bar & stem, Raceface prodigy stem & Air alloy bars. Black Pashley forks. This stuff isn't for sale yet, i just want to know how much i could get for it. If you need to know the condition of the parts and frame I'll post it up if need be. My friend also has a 3 year old T-mag(luminious Yellow one) for sale, how much shoould he be asking for it? Thanks guys. I'll post this stuff up in the For sale area when i get all my new stuff.
  22. What pedals are you thinking of getting? To my knowledge there are no pedals in the world that don't hurt when you smash them off your shins.
  23. Wasn't looking for new levers but now i want those, i thought RB designs were the only ones making replacement Magura levers. The price is a bit steep though. Any idea what the home page for the manufacturer of those JFK levers is?
  24. MIDDLEBURNS! The strongest cranks on the market and lifetime warranty. Since you only want to spend £80, check Ebay.
