Erhm... :blink: get your facts right. F1 and MotoGP brakes are made of carbon fiber Wich demands higher temperatures then normal steel ones. They work shit in the rain though. Steel works better when it's raining and a low temperature. Normal disc brakes on cars though, try pushing them hard on a few laps on the track and you'll see what heat does to brakes that are'nt designed for it Sweden has a UK'ish climate and i'm 100% sure that if you'll try an Avid or Hope Trials brake they'll be just as grabby as any other brake. magura discs are worse then Avid or Hope/tryall

Crap video, hated the nature you were riding in, your brake does sound crap so i know it is. Your gloves were missing so therefore you were breaking the BIU rules and you're NOT allowed to participate in the 2007 BIU skiplate round in Byhåla. And i see you have a white helmet with airholes, i can tell you that when i rode trail back in 1982 with that helmet i collided with an Eagle (Not an eagelclaw though) and it stuck in the holes so go get some tape and get rid of them holes. other then that i liked the video :D" :P

I do NOT mind tarty or the other guys post links to their sites (in already excisting threads and staying to the subject). They sure do more then just banging up new threads and showing their "new" parts. if someone asks where to get cranks, wheels etc. tarty and the others kindly give advice to the shops who sell to product. so i say they should be allowed to link to their sites. I DO mind when people start new threads just to show that they have gotten the latest frame or whatever but i've never seen tarty, selectbikes and the rest do so. Keep it up tartybikes, selectbikes and the rest of you decent guys! :P

Have'nt tryed stonecutting discs but metal has done the job for me :S i found VERY strange looking metal cutting disc a few days ago. i just have to buy it and test it. looks thuuper strange and could be very good (or bad)
