  1. thats the word,i couldnt think about it earlier. if you put in a metal bush in it it would have to come from either side,if you put it on from on side the bashie would still wobble. The weight of the bush and the bashie would probly out weigh the benefits
  2. ive mad a few bashies out of lexan. the problem i had was that the sprocket can still turn, this distorts the bashie and leads to stripping the cranks. i learnt the hard way.
  3. you can tell this from this video??
  4. I understand what your saying. There would still be people ,myself included that ride low bb compy bikes. I've got a brand new echo mk1 frame in the box, used for a few hours that I couldnt stand the feel of. Im a tall guy and using a mod stem on limey3. So there is no way I can be comfy on a +55mm and higher. It looks like I'm going to have to stock pile alot of the 09 controls, pures and the limey3. What's the reach of the new limey? With that geo I would be guessing a 665 or 670 reach?
  5. + 55 bb, I was hopping you guys kept it real with+ 35m bb. There are way to many high bb frames on the market these days. I wonder how many people out there would run under 55mm bb. It could be a market that only you guys at onza could cater for.
  6. Does your location matter? I'm from Australia.would my entry be considered?
  7. id get the inspired rims or a decent street/dj rim. the brake spacing it a little to close, You can use the tensile offset mounts,i find these clamps push the slave cylinders out to far and my shoes alweys got hooked on my brakes
  8. depends on your gear ratio. Im using a 23t sprocket on a 128mm bb and there is minimal room.ive had the sprokets wear a groove in the frame

    New Tnn Be-Green Pads

i spit on the brake pads, where the o-rings are. Makes it super easy to put it on. Alot better then using oil and such
  10. Ive been thinking about doing the same thing.
  11. Mines the 26. How ever my mate did break his at the disc mount
  12. Some break near the disk mount. My limey broke around the headtube and the underside of the top tube were it's welded to the seat tube. Has a total of 5 cracks after 6 months
  13. Your doing it wrong if it's not smooth.I've got a mate that uni trials and he's dam smooth. That song in the first video killed my hearing
  14. Since you will be running no air in your tyres you should run no tires and tubes.probly save 2kg off your bike. Seeing this thread makes me glad I ride a bike that's +10kg. Riding with really tires is fantastic
  15. arnt the braze on mounts steel? is the frame alloy?
  16. I grind the front the same as my rear. I love my front brakes
  17. grinding a rim has nothing to do with going to front. the grinding of the rim is maintanence and personal preference. you can gap to front brakeless, using a smooth rim, ground rim or disc. The most important thing is commitment. regardless of what brakes you use,if you dont commit or man up you simply will not make you up to front.
  18. It sucked but then again they were shitty tryall forks, good reason not to get any of the parts ever again. I've just learnt to deal with it.it'st happens when you do big up to fronts and your fat like me
  19. Such fail in this thread. I'd be super stoked if I got 8 months out of a set of forks. I think my current set are less then 3 months old and neec replacing. I got 1 month out of my tryall forks. This person needs to just deal with it,it's apart of riding trials
  20. I was using my trialtech freewheel on the rear of my inspired. Just riding at skate parks with no trials for weeks and weeks, surely this would wear it in? It still skips like a bitch every ride.
  21. My trialtech skipped out of the box, first ride it skipped and popped. My echo sl has never skipped in the year I've had this one. I don't know why people consider anything buy the echo sl
  22. Will you be making your own brake clamps? Just wondering because there's no offset in the mounts to use normal clamps. You need to make the carbon tubes clamp into the alloy bit, that wall you can pull it apart to go over seas,it looks like the frame componets would fit in a back pack. Keep up the good work
  23. File the triangle flat, then hack saw a slot and use u screw driver. Since 2 bolts have broken I'd change all the bolts

I've been running my pair for a few months now and the bond is still as good as new. No pull outs or looking like they will.
