My 2 cents (seeing as I have no design ability of my own!): I recon there should only be 1 heatsinkbikes behind rather than 2, but it should be larger so its partially underneath the www & .com

because its bloody unlikely to kill you, and its a rather pleasant way to spend an evening.

The consensus is that ecstacy should just be MDMA, but there are various things that can be sold as Ecstacy Edit, that was information overkill, its here:Bluelight

I think its far more than the negative connotations of the word ‘drugs’ Taking JT!’s response as an example (please don't take offense dude!) he is willing to hassle his friends over a decision that they may have come to rationally and with fore-thought, over his judgement which is based simply on it being illegal. I can buy clothes made in sweatshops, I can buy make-up tested on animals, I can buy a chicken burger made of chickens that live in their own shit, and do this all legally, does that make it right? Its one f**ked up world where people will not trust their own moral values to decide whats right and wrong, but instead just rely on law and give it no more thought than that. I’m not saying that I’m always right, but its always my decision. I need a joint.

I love that you said that right next to what it says under your avatar!

People who make these decisions aren't necessarily more intelligent than you. They are people who have a greater desire than you to be making decisions for other people. Does this mean that they make better decisions than you can? No. Does this mean that the decisions they make are in your best interest? No. Hopefully they are in societies best interest, but thats different to your best interest. Arguably the descions they make are simply the ones most likely to keep them in power. So why should you let their decisions be your absolute guide? >Jesus, I appear to be in an anarchist mood this morning!<

I though that was the only place you'll ever find them as they're too small to go anywhere else on the drive shell? could you buy a decent cassette and just use the 11t, or will it still be too flimsy for you

At the university of hertfordshire I had a denon amp for the whole time that I was in there pwoering my speakers. I also had my girlfriend staying round reguarly. I had the hall monitor guy come and complain about the noise my girlfriend and I were making, but they didn't have an issue with her crashing the night.

I wasn't given the option of attending the inventory, and I thought the flat was in a fit state, certainly everything was there that was there when we moved in and it was clean. Thanks for the advice though dude, I'll give the housing act a read tonight.
-
This is the thing, rather than giving me a call and saying that she has an issue and giving me the chance to sort it, she just pays £120 for cleaners and expects me to foot the bill without any prior consultantion with me. I shall duck out to the Citizens Adivce Bureau and let you know how it goes.
-
Thanks, I will do. I just wondered if anyone has been in a similar situation?

Hey all, So recently moved out from a place where me and my ex lived. Cleaned before we went and didn't hear anything back until we tried to get the deposit of of the national deposit system (whatever its called). Then spoke to the landlady who told me that she had the lettings agencey take an inventory, they recommended a cleaner which the landlady agreed to and paid £120 for. Now she is refusing the release of our deposit unless we agree to pay the £120. I object to this because we were not informed of the issue (and so not given a chance to recifty), and we did not agree to spending £120 on a cleaner (I would have just gone back round and cleaned some more, but was fine as far as I'm concerned). She wants me to speak to the letting agency and get this sorted. I will later today, but do any of you know anything about my rights? As far as I'm concerned, they acted without informing me, and expect me to pay for work I have not agreed to. I'll threaten them with small claims court and see what they say. Thanks guys & gals e.

So maybe something you'd like to get into? Are there other parts of the organisation you'd be interested in, as you could ask about a route to those sorts of roles. You may want to ask about what training is involved in the sales role as you will be talking with engineers about producing parts to customers spec, which is interesting. Just try and engage them in conversation too, if your interested in somthing they do, ask about it. 'So I hear you make parts for NASA, thats pretty cool. How closely do you work with each other?' They are all pretty mundane questions, but if you not only express an interest in what you role is going to be, but also seem enthusiastic about the company, hopefully they'll have a good opinion of you. The trick is not overplaying it so that they think you want to get out of the sales role as quick as poss!

No offense, but I'm not too sure about some of those * Can you tell me more about the structure of the organisation? - Thats a good one * What kind of management style does your company promote? - Unless your applying for a job in a really big company I wouldn't bother, most peoples management style is not something they actively think about * What are the skills that you consider important for this job? - Would they expect you to know this, and have those skills? * Do you reimburse travel expenses? - Because I'm only interseted in the money! * Do you have a complete job description for this post? - Maybe, but again wouldn't you have already been given this? * What kind of software do you use? - Depends on job/company * How will my performance be measured? - Hmm, spose, seems odd though * Do you have an induction course/notebook? - Thats a good one too, if prefixed with something about wanting to learn more about the role What job you actually applying for dude, and why are you applying for it, and where do you expect to go with it?

Thats bloody lovely. How do people get the money to buy such spangley things? Wouldnt it benefit from a larger front rotor though? (and a proper seat!)

I run gears. I have an 8 speed roadie cassette on the back of my mbk. I like to play around with gears, maybe using 18:14 on bigger stuff and 18:15 or 16 on easier stuff when I prefer a bit more control. The fact I have a 12 on the cassette also means I can vaguely keep up when I go out with people who ride bikes other than trials too. I keep contemplating going single, as my gear indexing sucks donkey bollocks, but the fact is I like the options.

Maybe something about what products you've got up and coming and where they are in terms of development. I always find it interesting to learn what goes into the development of a part, plus I find it reasuring to know that such work has gone in.

here is a thought, I'd use it as a last resort though. When I have ripped off the barrel adjuster from a mech I've got it out by tapping in an alan key and using that to undo the remaining part of the adjuster. You could possibly to the same by drilling a hole into the grub screw then tapping in an alan key thats about the same size as the hole and use that to undo the grub nut. If you decide on this though, first find out whats exactly behind the grub screw so you know if its a definate bad idea. Secondly try drilling the hole in a bit of scrap metal and tapping the alan key into that just to be sure it can be done with your allan key/drill bit combination. like I said though, last resort, and if it goes pete tong, then consider this a disclamer!

You don't think that one pad hitting slightly before the otehr makes any difference then? (I mean this as a serious question, not sarcasim)
