  1. I think I'll join you if I may. I have a slightly bad wrist at the mo from trying to land some gaps with a shite back break - sure it'll be fine though! Cheers, John.
  2. Thanks again guys, glad you like 'em I've got my brake sorted now. I'll have to go and nail the rail gap that I messed up a couple of times lol. Cheers, John.
  3. I really loved Red Dwarf, but thought the last two series wern't so good. I hope they go more back to the style of series 4,5,6.
  4. I liked the freeride sections mixed in. I'll have to get my FR bike working again!
  5. Thanks for the comments guys! Hope you're doing well Jonny
  6. Why is there such a huge price difference? Hope = £120ish, King(UK) = £370ish, King(US) = £120ish? Do we really pay £250 import duty or something?
  7. Cheers, You're right he probably should wear a lid - I don't dare ride without mine!
  8. Got a few shots from the weekend. Me and Rob. Nothing too amazing from me - my back brake was shite. Sorry a couple of them are repeated but I can't edit them out. A few more:
  9. Oh dear! My Simtra is still fine (touch wood) but I run a booster.
  10. I think you will need some method of adjusting/tensioing the chain. For a while on my Echo pure I had a chain that fitted with no need for a tensioner, then I fitted a new chain and new cranks (still same gears) and it no longer fitted perfectly. I had to go back to using a tensioner.
  11. So did someone die? That's tragic if it's true.
  12. I'm thinking of getting an Avid BB7 to play with while I fix my hope. Can I just use one of my old V brake levers or do I need something else? Sorry I should search really but I don't fine the search all that great. Cheers, John.
  13. Yes trials can cost a fair bit - but for the enjoyment I get, I think it's an absolute bargin.
  14. Shame I'm stuck at work - would love to be out riding now!
  15. I like 'em. Last pic is very cool! Would be better if the water marks were a bit more out of the way though.
  16. I'm in the process of moving house n' stuff but I hope to come along. Hope weather's good! John. BTW - Its Carnival on Sat, Don't know how that will affect things!
  17. I've been a bit off form with work/moving/other hobbies etc. so I don't feel fit enough to attend a comp at the moment. When I'm a bit fitter I'm deffo gonna start doing more comps. 20 (or so) sections is quite demanding for the average street rider. Perhaps that puts some people off - that in my opinion you have to be quite fit (stamina wise) to actually ride a comp. Perhaps there should be a lazy category for beginners and unfit people where you just ride each section once. John.
  18. Cool, See you there! Ah, shame - you can't escape?
  19. I passed through Kingsbridge but didn't have my bike at the time, but yeah there's a lot to ride down there - I'll have to go back sometime!
  20. Hi guys, I'll be riding Leicester this weekend if anyone is about. Maybe meet up 11 ish at crown courts (on Sat 12th)?
  21. Thanks for the comments, Yeah it's a good place to ride for natty. Cheers Josh. I should be riding this weekend if your about? (I might post in ride locations).
