Mark makes every point that is worth making, but I do want to pick up on the point he made about TrailsKings. These guys made trials what it is today, they brought it out of the woods and showed for the first time in a media friendly way that it could be done in an urban setting. What they did was pick up on the Martins style of riding but showcased it in a much better way than M.B.U.K. ever could, I remeber the days on a 56K connection spending 4 hours downloading the latest TK video, I got so much more from them than I ever did from MBUK. Danny H (for the riding) and James H (for the amount of time he put into the videos) and the rest of the TK boys deserve a massive amount of respect for what they have done for the UK street trial scene. I don't feel you will ever see Danny's "trials" riding portrayed 100% on an MBUK video because the video is made to cover all aspects of riding, not just trials. I would say Danny H is at the top level of trials for the amount he has achevied in the sport. You don't have to win stuff to be at the top level, that isn't what street trials was ever about. He's doing what he loves and getting major media coverage and high level sponsorship (well for the trials world anyway!) He's achevied alot in trials, more than 99% of people on this forum every will.
