Waynio
Just to let you all know "Pro-Tec" who have been making extremly shit hot Trials/BMX helmets for years and years, and are a firm favourite of some of the riders among us are now readily available in the UK from certain retail outlets. There is some rather kool MTB'y and more BMX'y orientated helmets, Chris Akrigg has been a firm believer of the Pro-Tec helmets for yonks and will be receiving a lid or two off the new importer. keep your eyes peeled for some pretty kool looking helmets.Starting from £30.00 (£30 is the "Classic" Pro-tec lid) upto £65.00 (£65 for a Xen style looking helmet!!!!)As soon as i have a few pictures i will upload them to show them.John Shrewsbury and people like Mike from leeds are into these lids. look real smart and are one of the best fitting piss pot helmets available.Waynio...........................B2 Lid Cyphon (Xen lookalike) The old Classic style Ace Helmet 4 lids, in many many colours. iv ordered a total of 26 for the shop alot of classic and Cyphon as these will probably be most popular.Waynio....................... boon racoon
aye pro tects are good. not too sure about the new ones..nothing will beat the old translucent white one with red straps that i've got (and akrigg, rowan and shrews) that you can't buy anymore.probs cos they were the only helmet to fail british safety tests still, does the job. Watson©
Yeah... Pro-Tec Helmets are mint! I had the one with the White lid and Red straps for about 2-3 years... loved it!!! Although the only crap thing about them was that when its summer and roasting outside your head melts so badly, since there is only like 2 vents or something haha! So now I've purchased myself a Giro to keep my head cool... don't look as smart but aw well, can't win all the time! New ones look rather smart! Should bring red straps back on the white one though

26inch
You can still get the old style ones with nice padding that fits your head from America. (EmpireBMX sell them) I think you can still find the buckys too if you look hard enough
