Tomm
Sticking headsets in (with a mallet/hammer and wood) is easy. Taking them out (without the proper tools, without destroying the headset) is the hard thing (Y)

A hammer. A vice or something to hold the seatpost. About 2 minutes. Place seatpost in vice. Anglegrind or saw an "X" in the seatpost, about 4" all the way down. Flare out the 4 bits of the post. Pull the post through the headset cup, untill the "flares" click back out. Hammer down. Very simple. (Y) Mike.

rocktrials
£20 to press 2 cups in....jesus that is expensive! Either find another bikeshop with normal people there, or get a vice and 2 pieces of wood like bucky said. Wouldn't bother making one...as you'll hardly ever use it and u might damage your cups too. Stan. ← bloody hell yeah it is.....my lbs does it for like £

I could buy a grinder for here, but it's a bit unneccesary. Perhaps I'll just steal my Dad's when I go home. And yes, bored of the frog. Was cool though :D (Lizard, wtf? :P )
