SQuiT-man
Hi peeps,Ive been out of the trials scene for 8 months now since I broke my wrist and ankle, and finally everything seems like it is startng to be possible for me to ride again, so I'm getting back into it.My main question- are there any MOD rims avaliable in 36h that are 45mm+ wide, other than the old viz/koxx/onza hog style cheese rim? I know echo released a cool looking wide rim in a better material, but are these yet avaliable in 36h? I run a profile and just wanna keep it.Secondly, has anything major happened in trials in the last 8 months?Scott
Janson
The Echo rims are shite. Koxx have (apparently) redesigned the rims a bit, so they're supposed to be better, but who knows.
SQuiT-man
Cool, when did koxx redesign their rims, and what did they do?

downhill_rob2@hotmail.com
not even the slightest dent in my echo mod rim...Very slight buckle though, cause my spokes are kinda loose hehe
Hobnobs
I dunno if anyone else noticed, but the echo rims have also been changed. I could only tell as the new ones have smaller holes, but i guess they probably changed something else too.
AdamR28
The Try-All rims have not changed recently. Biff, yours will look and feel different since the sidewall wasn't brushed. The Echo rims have been completely revised though, and they now look like this: - Smaller holes- Deeper section to prevent flatspots- Thick sidewalls as before to help prevent dents- 26" version ~820gI'm sure the older models will be cleared out at various retailers in the near future too! There's a few other tweaks to the range too.CheersAdam
T-Limburn
lots of people have complained about the 06 echo rms however i had one of the very first 26 ones in the country as i ordered it from adam a couple of days before they arrived in the country. mine is still very solid and has a slight buckle but no 'egg' spots or folds etc.i really like the echo 06 rim but dont like the look of the new version pictured above and so will probably go back to koxx rims once my echo one finally gives in...
