Still need to sort my chain tensioner, the kmc kool chain i ride can't fit in any tensioners i have here in croatia..

Also i carry a little plastic seat in my backpack for riding, the velo one is for cruising hahah

i like it but, i odnt like the seat and the steerer tube is too long, apart form that and if you bought a few more red components e.g. spcers and seat clamp it would look very very nice, and maybe a new stem but thats my own opinion

DO NOT cut your steerer tube down, just put the stem at the top. Get those stackers underneath, have some rise. Having said that you need a new stem as that one is far too long.

Get a rohloff for tension - i've just put one on my Inspired - does the job great. Landed on it the other day and just got a little scratch - pretty good. Treat yourself to a new seat too!
