AdamR28
Really hard to tell without seeing it... Maybe try new pads and giving the rotor a good clean with some meths (meths only, nothing else!) and then let ie bed in with COLD clean water. It often helps to put fresh pads AND rotor on at the same time though...AdamEdit: Oh, and make sure the disc mounts have been faced! Synergy
just a little updat i got a new disc and i got the calliper proffesionally alligned lol but it still doesnt grip at all, i bled it myself (sure ive done it right) and it just doesnt grip when i go up walls. i spoke to a few bike shops who have said that when you run a rear disc it doesnt normally hold because its meant for stopping forward but when you backhop it wont grip as well as it is pushing bakwards.? Dan6061
Don't know if it'll work the same for you, but when i got my BB7 on, I rode around for ages with it on, untill it got really hot, then poured some clean cold water on. It steamed. I just repeated that untill it was mega grappy - bedding it in...Try cold water instead of warm water?I've also heard that putting the rotor in the dishwasher de-contaminates it, and boil the pads.. I think you'll need new pads too... and a professional bleed wouldn't go a miss (from a good bike shop).

AdamR28
Being the 'wrong' way round won't make any difference to the performance New pads sound like they will help... but don't forget new rotors need to bed in, and Hope ones take a while (a few weeks until theyre almost there)
Will Arnold
just make sure you dont touch the pads or rotor braking surface.also, when you bled the brake, did you get any fluid on the rotor? this could've f**ked it up a bit?!and like adam said, rotor and pad replacement will be a great idea.if not then brake pad replacement, and a good clean rotor
squince
Slam pads in the oven, Put the disk in hot soapy water.Put it all back together, worked everytime when i had one in the front. You have bled it so hcnaces are you got oil on pads or calliper. ScotchDave
Remember that discs can take weeks to bed in properly, so be patient.
