monkeyseemonkeydo 2155 Posted March 12, 2005 Report Share Looks like you're running quite a high front end...how you finding it? I'm still running a low rise stem and Onza flat Carbon bars and it feels so low! Quote Link to comment
monkey_pork 0 Posted March 13, 2005 Report Share Thanks for the post:I like the higher front end, it seems to suit me better. I've *just* pulled them back slightly further too (from yesterday when I took the pic), which in turn has forced me back a bit further over the back wheel, and it certainly seems to stand on it's arse better now I'm back there a bit (I think I was riding a bit too far forward previously).I ride lots of xc (er, xc in a kinda jumpy/technical way, not a lightweight firetrack bike kinda way), and I may have been inadvertently thinking about xc type ergonomics for this bike too - It's certainly more comfortable like this, I was getting wrist and forearm aches with the lower front end - but set up like this I've been ok ... I am old though' ...The bars are great btw, a really nice shape: I'll be putting a set on my new xc build for sure. Quote Link to comment
