    • Try a new short wheelbase, flat stem & high BB bike at some comp. It's day and night for backwheel moves. The pogo stick meme is real. You will have to say goodbye to rolling bunnyhops though.  For geo there's only the shop and frame brand websites. And these miss many important values. No effective stack or reach info, for example. Street seems to be 73 to 75 cm above bottom bracket. From experience, at 181-182 cm body height, 70 cm stack is way worse compared to 74 for bunnyhops. 70 or 71 degrees steering angle is hard for front wheel spins compared to the 73-74 degrees on street bikes.
    • Hello all, never posted before but read many on here. This place has taught me a lot but could do with a bit more knowledge. I brought this giant frame cheap ages ago but I’ve never really felt comfortable on it. I’ve pieced it together with spares just to get me by but it’s more the bar and stem combo I just don’t feel is right,  currently running a 110x10 deg stem with some inspired high rise bars off another build to get me by, am I right assuming cause it has a fairly low bb I should be slamming the stem and should I be using a longer stem maybe a 130? Could just do with a few pointers on how best to set this up any help with this would be much appreciated. Thanks Tony! 🤘
    • Mega bump Phil has passed away. Many people on here probably knew him or knew of him.  https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/news/liverpool-news/kind-generous-liverpool-man-40-31518508?fbclid=IwZXh0bgNhZW0CMTEAAR6lLyHkMSpsMZp8QbXIxNkbOxcs-MadVAum0cCTf_0SVKowrCMhi3cA7aqCkQ_aem_AM9z6jaQrEtymbPJsQmyRA#lqc5s7d90clkmf73hxh6tr593uuzkzf
    • Been loving my KOM hub on the e-bike, like Adam says they are a lovely bit of kit that somewhat justifies the price. Steve could talk for hours about hubs and why he made it like it is (plus how much work goes into the discs too).
    • Was at a show yesterday chatting to Steve. He has a few riders (myself included) interested in 135mm bolt in hubs now, and says he will let me know how that's going - I should think you'll be on the same mailing list too 👌 There was also chat of a sprag bearing version, but I didn't ask about that for trials applications, and they are working on a star ratchet system too. The hubs are a proper piece of engineering, so clever having the ratchet diameter unconstrained by hub shell size!
