    • Thank you.I did find what i look for, luckily. The video of Adri Bielsa(Spanish trial and mtb rider) showing balance techniques, here it is(strating at 8 minute): I am sorry to not to put this thread on beginners trials chet,if mod decides to move it away,go on. All the best to anyone.
    • Pressing the front tire against something fixed, then steer. Standing really steep, or with an obstacle wedged between the wheels or even hooking makes it a lot easier, to the point where you can do it on flat walls. Put the front wheel on a wall of 30 to 70 cm, wheels straight, use the front brake to stop again when you roll forward, back brake open. Stand straight but relaxed, and correct your balance by steering a little.
    • I got interested in fasting after hearing it could have benefits beyond weight loss. I found https://ways2well.com/blog/does-fasting-increase-stem-cell-production, and it really explained things well. The blog discusses how fasting might help stem cell production in a way that’s easy to understand. It’s clear, informative, and perfect for beginners like me.
    • Hi everyone, I’m new to bike trials and excited to dive into this amazing sport. I’ve been following the community here for a while, and I can’t think of a better place to ask for guidance. I recently got myself a second-hand trials bike (24-inch wheels), and I’m looking to get some advice to ensure I’m on the right track. First, I’d appreciate any tips on bike setup for a beginner. I’ve read a lot about tire pressure, brake adjustments, and handlebar positioning, but I’m unsure how to fine-tune these for someone just starting. Is there a specific setup that might help make learning basic techniques easier? Speaking of techniques, I’m currently working on my balance and track stands. Are there any drills or routines you’d recommend for improving stability and control? I’ve also been trying small bunny hops, but I’m struggling with consistency. Any pointers for nailing the timing or positioning would be amazing! Lastly, I’m wondering about protective gear. Right now, I’ve got a helmet and gloves, but is there anything else I should consider investing in to stay safe? I also checked this:  If there are any local meetups, beginner-friendly power apps training tutorials, or specific threads here that I should check out, please point me in the right direction. I’m eager to learn and become a part of this incredible community. Thanks in advance for your advice and support!
